Our estate sale service includes unpacking, organizing, staging and setup, pricing and hosting your 2, 3 or 4 day sale - depending on how much you have to sell. All you have to do is take the items you want to keep and let us do the rest!
In addition to the estate sale service, we offer a 'Clean Out' serviceto leave you with an empty house for the next step such as putting the house on the market, or perhaps the closing of your house. One more thing we can do to help you do one less thing is a service worth offering in our book.
At the end of the sale there are always items that don't sell and with the clean out service you won't have to deal with any of it... when it comes to those items you'll have the option of keeping or donating them. You don't have to do anything but decide you'd like your items to be donated and we take care of the rest. We work with the charities and you get a tax deduction receipt for your donation. If you choose to donate the items we will handle everything and you're left with an empty house, a tax deduction receipt and a check for the proceeds of the sale - now that's a fresh start!
