Family loss

untitled-1Have you recently experienced the loss of a loved one and need to make  decisions on how to handle the property?

The Accredited Estate Sales team of professionals can help!   We understand this life changing event is not an easy one and cleaning out the house of a loved one is likely the last thing you want to be doing.  We want you to know that you are not alone and we’re here to help.  You just take the belongings/items you and the family want to keep and let us handle the rest.

Feel free to give me a call to discuss when probate will be settled and we can schedule a free consultation at the residence to walk through the house.

In addition to our estate sale service, we also offer a ‘Clean Out’ service to help with the steps that follow.  Our Clean Out service can be of great help because it leaves the house completely empty, all the trash – gone, and the remaining items that don’t sell during the estate sale are donated to charity – leaving you with a tax deduction receipt for the donation.  A win-win for everyone.

We have a great testimonial from Courtney that could be helpful to someone in this situation.  Please make sure you check that out.  Losing a family member is tough and we know we can help.

You should consider an estate sale if any of the following is true:

  • You have little interest in keeping the belongings left by the deceased.
  • You lack the space to keep the belongings.
  • A court has ordered the goods to be sold, and the proceeds distributed to the survivors.
  • The will of the deceased mandates a sale of assets.
